Your Role:

- Handle all phases of family law cases from initial consultation to final resolution
- Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Perform legal research and case strategy development

What We’re Looking For:

- J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Texas law license
- Family law experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong litigation, communication, and writing skills
- Senior candidates should have 5+ years of litigation experience
